I just turned 18 and had started college two weeks prior to peeing on that little plastic stick that at the time i thought was no big deal just another false alarm. Oh how i was wrong. Pregnant at 18... ha this was gunna be a fun one to explain to the parents.... and suprisingly they took the news way better than expected.
Fast Forward - Day i Went into Labor : March 27 2009
I went to lunch with Bethany at the Olive Garden. One of our old co- workers was bragging saying how he was going to school fro massage therapy so i told him to put me into labor, he started rubbing this certain spot on my foot, but nothing happened. Later that day i went over to my ex's sisters house. she had just had her daughter 2 weekes prior. We were hanging out and i noticed my pants were started to get wet. not sure of what it could be i made up some excuse that i had to leave. lol my water was leaking and for some reason all i could think about was omg am i so pregnant that i dont even know when i have to pee now!?!? 12 hrs later my beautiful baby boy was born.

From that day to now, my life has changed dramactically. I found deep inside of myself a passion that i never knew i had before. A passion for being a mother. My ability to love was taken to new heights the first time i held my son. How could you love such a little thing sooo much, was just remarkable to me. In the past two years I've had doors open, but also many doors close. There have been times where i just wanted to give up, but then that boy comes running to me with those sparkling blue eyes and that big gorgeous smile, and my life has purpose again. My son is my rock and i thank god everyday that he is in my life. I was criticized daily for being a teen mom, but i think that if my son wasnt in my life right now i wouldn't have become the woman i am today. I love you bubba. <3
